Here are the latest updates for Avonni Dynamic Components (v1.18) and Avonni Components for Salesforce Flows (v6.3). New features, performance improvements, and bug fixes to help your team build better Salesforce experiences faster.

Avonni Dynamic Components – Version 1.18

Now Available in: Sandbox | Production

New features

Folder Support: You can now organize your Dynamic Components using folders directly in the app. This makes it easier to manage large libraries of components, categorize by use case or department, and keep your team productive.

Article content

New LWC Container Component: Embed your custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs) inside Avonni Dynamic Components and pass events from those LWCs to trigger interactions. Useful when you need to blend custom-coded widgets with your declarative layout.

Enhancements

Button Menu – Hidden Attribute: The Button Menu now includes a hidden attribute for menu items, giving you more control. This can be mapped dynamically using variables, enabling conditional visibility.

Bug fixes

  • Pivot Table: Fixed a loading issue during the initial page load.
  • Lookup Field Sorting: You can now sort by lookup field names in the Data Table using a Query Data Source.
  • Decimal Display: Currency and number fields now respect Salesforce's display settings — no more excessive decimals.
  • Calendar Available Times: Corrected an error message triggered by specific availability configurations.
  • Metric Component: Fixed an issue where metric data didn't load unless the page was refreshed.
  • Query Update Layout Shift: Prevented temporary component movement when platform event data updates occur.

Avonni Components for Salesforce Flows – Version 6.3

Now Available in: Sandbox | Production

New features

Record Type Selection for New Records: Users launching a New record action from components like Data Table, List, or Calendar can now choose the record type before continuing. Helpful in flows involving multiple record types.

Article content

Multi-Item Drag and Drop in Lists: Users can now select and reorder multiple items at once in the List component, which makes workflows like task prioritization or project planning faster.

Bug fixes

  • Input Choice Set Grid: Multi-select picklists now correctly display selected values.
  • Data Table Lookup Sorting: Sorting by lookup fields works consistently across both Variable and Query Data Sources.
  • Data Table Header Action: The selected record IDs from the header actions are now properly passed between flow steps.

What this means for your team

These updates help Salesforce admins, architects, and developers build richer UIs with less effort, support common UX patterns like record type selection and multi-item reordering, and reduce time spent on debugging and workarounds.

Whether you're enhancing Lightning pages, building complex flows, or creating data-driven dashboards, v1.18 and v6.3 help you ship faster.
