The Avonni Components for App & Record Pages (also known as Avonni Dynamic Components) no-code UI components you place directly on Salesforce Lightning Pages. Use the App & Record Pages package to create custom interfaces outside of a flow process.

The Avonni Components for Flows are no-code UI components designed to enhance the user experience within your Salesforce screen flows. Use them for things like improved data entry forms, progress indicators, or dynamic displays within a flow's guided process, particularly when flow builder elements like decisions or assignments are involved.

Avonni Components for Experience Cloud Sites are part of the same package as Avonni Components for Flows. While both enhance user interfaces, Experience Cloud components are designed specifically for use within your Experience Builder.  This means you can use drag-and-drop, no-code elements (like  data tables, maps, and media elements) to create engaging experiences for your customers, partners, and external users directly on your Experience Cloud pages.

The best choice depends on where in Salesforce you want to customize:

- For Lightning Pages (App, Home, Record Pages) outside of a flow: Use Avonni Components for App & Record Pages. These components let you build custom UIs directly on those pages.

- For Salesforce Screen Flows: Use Avonni Components for Flows.  These enhance the user experience within a flow, and are ideal for flows with data entry, wizards, or processes using decisions and assignments.

- For Experience Cloud Sites: Use Avonni Components for Experience Cloud Sites. These are included with Avonni Components for Flows, and provide dedicated pre-built components to improve the UI within Experience Builder.

‍You can also combine components from different types to meet all your project's needs. Many projects benefit from using both App & Record Pages components and Flow/Experience Cloud components.

Only users who directly interact with an Avonni Component require a license. Users without a license will encounter an error message when attempting to access or use Avonni Components.

An add-on is available for guest users on Experience Cloud sites. This add-on is priced based on your specific Salesforce user structure, so please contact us for a customized quote.

Avonni Components offers different trial options depending on the package:

- Avonni Components for App & Record Pages: This package includes a 5 free licenses for production orgs. If you require more than 5 users, you can check out our available plans or contact us.

- Avonni Components for Flows & Experience Cloud: This package is free to use in production environments for up to 10 users. If you require more than 10 users, you can check out our available plans or contact us.

Both packages are completely free to use in any Salesforce Sandbox environment without any time limitations.

Yes, the Avonni Components work with Aura Sites. However, a key limitation is that you won't be able to use "slots". Slots are a powerful feature that allow you to customize components by adding other elements inside them. This limits your ability to fully utilize the Avonni Components within Aura Sites.
