Your plan is based on the number of users who actually need Avonni — the licenses you provision — not the total headcount in your org. If your org has 130 internal users but only 65 of them work with Avonni components, you only license those 65, which puts you comfortably in Starter (up to 75 licenses). You assign Avonni licenses to the people who use it; everyone else in your org is unaffected and uncounted.
Any internal user you want to give access to Avonni components — the people building with or using pages, Flows, and apps that contain them. Users who never work with an Avonni component don't need a license and aren't counted toward your plan. You manage license assignments yourself in Salesforce, so you stay in control of who's provisioned.
You can add licenses at any time. When you cross a tier threshold — for example, going from 70 to 90 provisioned licenses — you move up to the next plan (Starter → Pro). There's a clear upgrade path, and your account contact will help you right-size as your usage grows.
Yes — free forever, up to 10 users. Install from the AppExchange and start building right away: no time limit, no credit card. Sandbox orgs are always free, with unlimited users.Beyond 10 users, you move to a paid plan priced by the size of your org — not per seat.
Starter Suite covers you up to 75 users for one flat price, so whether you have 13 users or 70, you pay the same and can keep adding people within your plan at no extra cost. Pro Suite raises the limit to 150, and Enterprise scales to any size and multi-org deployments.
All five Avonni packages — Flow Screen, Dynamic, App Builder, LWC and Experience Sites Components — are included in every tier, from Free to Unlimited. You also get unlimited components per org, all sandbox orgs covered, and automatic updates. Higher tiers add license capacity, support levels, and Guest User Access.
One thing to note: having the Experience Sites components is included everywhere, but deploying them to portal or guest users on a live Experience Site is priced separately (see "How are Experience Sites and portal users priced?").
Guest User Access lets Avonni components run for visitors on your public Experience Sites — public knowledge bases, case submission forms, self-service portals. It's unlocked starting at Enterprise.
Note that internal-user plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) cover your provisioned Salesforce users; Experience Sites usage is priced separately, because it depends on how many portal and guest users you serve. Enterprise enables the capability — we then build the Experience Sites portion of your quote around your actual portal volume.
Separately from your internal plan, and always custom. Your Starter/Pro/Enterprise plan covers the internal Salesforce users you provision with Avonni licenses. The moment you deploy Avonni components to an Experience Site for portal users — authenticated members or unauthenticated guests — that usage is priced on its own, because it scales with factors no fixed tier can capture: the number of portal users, whether they're logged-in or guest, traffic volume, and how the site is built.
So a typical Experience Sites customer has two lines on their agreement: their internal plan, plus a tailored Experience Sites quote. Talk to sales and we'll size the Experience portion with you.
Yes — and that's how most power users work. They serve different purposes: Dynamic is what users see on a page (dashboards, data tables, custom layouts), while Flow Screen is what users do in a guided process (wizards, data entry, approvals).
The power move: build a custom record page with Dynamic, then use button interactions to launch Screen Flows when users need to take action. For example, a custom Opportunity page with charts and a data table where clicking "Log Activity" opens a Flow dialog for data entry — when saved, the page updates automatically.
Enterprise starts at $1,300/month and is priced per provisioned license above that floor. The final number scales with how many licenses you need, your multi-org footprint, and your deployment, so larger rollouts get a lower effective per-user rate. We'll build a transparent quote with you — no hidden math. Talk to sales and we'll size it together.
Unlimited is for the largest deployments — unlimited licenses per org, multiple orgs under one agreement, a named customer success manager, and custom contract terms. If you're running Avonni across several production orgs or need a tailored partnership, Unlimited is built for that. Enterprise fits a single growing org; Unlimited fits an enterprise-wide or multi-org rollout.
Yes. Avonni is a managed package installed from the AppExchange. It has passed the Salesforce Security Review and receives automatic updates that don't break your existing implementations. Everything stays within your Salesforce org.
Plans renew annually. Contracts include a standard annual adjustment, and there's a clear upgrade path between tiers if your licensed user count grows mid-term — so your pricing tracks your actual usage. Your account contact will always confirm the numbers with you before renewal.
